BurpeesThe most complex of all exercises: Let's start standing upright (A), then you touch the ground (B) with your hands and jump or step backwards with your legs until you are in a streched out position (C). Then you have to touch the ground with your body (D), step or jump forward with your legs until your are in position (B) once again - and finally you jump and lift your hands above your head (E) - after the landing you have managed one repetition.

This is a full-body exercise in which you can get your cardiovascular system going in addition to the large muscle groups (thighs, Gluteus Maximus and chest muscles).
